Management Ltd is the property adviser for a series
of property funds launched in 2005 and aimed at private equity UK
and offshore investors as well as those investing through their SIPP
and SSAS pension structures. The funds are available for private
equity investors via a Limited Partnership wrapper.
These funds must be advised as being suitable for your investment
purposes by an FSA regulated adviser as Assetz Fund Management Limited cannot
advise on this suitability on your behalf. Alternatively you will need to be

The funds available to sophisticated investors, offshore investors, corporate
investors or high net worth investors are the same as those available for
SIPP/ SSAS
